Photo Sessions

Please arrive on time for your session. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll honor your session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

After 15 minutes, a one-time late fee of $50 will apply to be invoiced and paid after the session.

After 30 minutes, we will reschedule your photo session. A one-time rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.

​Payment

Your photo session is to be paid in full prior to the session.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit card.

You’ll receive a receipt via email after payment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling​

Please cancel or reschedule your session within 3 days of your scheduled session.

Any cancellations or rescheduled sessions made less than 3 days of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

The fee must be paid immediately to secure your new session date.

If you do not feel well prior to your session, please let us know as soon as possible.

If we reschedule the photo session due to weather conditions, this will not incur any fees.
Refunds

Our goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied with their photo sessions.

While we do not issue refunds, we will remedy any concerns prior to you receiving the final product.

We will honor one re-shoot if both you and Sunshine Photography agree it is necessary.
